How far in advance should I schedule my wedding gown appointment?
Ideally, about 2-3 months before your wedding to ensure time for adjustments.
How long is a typical appointment?
Wedding gown alterations take the most time, typically an hour and a half minutes. Other alterations can range from 30 minutes to an hour. Steaming typically takes 15 to 30 minutes.
Do you require appointments?
Having an appointment booked in advance helps us keep organized and on track. If you'd just like a consultation, you may come in and have an appointment booked in the store.
When should I arrive for an appointment?
We kindly ask you to arrive on the time you booked. If you arrive quite earlier than expected, we can begin your session early if there are no appointments ahead. If you're late, we will likely still take you in but you may need to reschedule if we're busy.
What happens if I miss an appointment or don't show up?
If you don't show up, your appointment will be cancelled. You can reschedule for a different time if you're unable to make it. If you're unable to make it please let us know.
